"BlueTalkie" allows you to use your iOS device as a Walkie Talkie via the bluetooth connection; you can talk wirelessly with other iOS device using the same app and no minutes and data charges.

Whats more, you can also use "BlueTalkie" to text and sent image to your friends which save you expensive roaming data charges.
